We are primarily a free-weight and cable-machine gym, which suits everyone from a complete beginner to a competitive lifter. We also keep the unconventional stuff on hand: tires, sleds and ropes, plus cardio machines.

Yes. Members can add 24-hour access for a small monthly charge and get a key fob for after-hours entry. You must be 18 or older to use the facility after hours, and guests are not permitted during those times.

No. You can buy and use personal training without a membership, though most people add one so they can practice between sessions.

Every member gets 2 guest passes every 6 months. Guests need to come during staffed hours and sign a liability waiver. Guests are never permitted in the facility after hours.

Yes, showers and lockers are available to all members. We do not provide locks, so bring your own. There are also cubbies on the gym floor.

Yes to all three. We offer special month-to-month rates for students currently in school, and discounts for active military and first responders. Bring ID to the front desk.

Three days of access to use the gym, sit down with a coach to build your plan, and try classes. No card required to claim it.

A class is 60 minutes, start to finish. Classes run from 5 AM to 7 PM on weekdays, plus Saturday mornings, and the programming is already written when you walk in. If none of those times work, the 24/7 floor does, at four in the morning or ten at night.

That is the single most common reason people avoid free weights, and it is a fair worry. It is also what a coach is for. In class and in 1-on-1, someone is watching your form and fixing it in the moment.

Good. That is the easiest version of this to fix, and it is most of who walks through the door. Nobody here expects you to arrive knowing.
